HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS ON STYLESTORE.COM?

CAN I USE DIFFERENT CREDIT CARDS ON THE SAME ORDER?

We only accept one credit card per order. You are very welcome to make several different purchases, using different credit cards.

WHY ARE MY CREDIT CARD REJECTED?

The card you are carrying may have expired.

You have exceeded the approved credit limit on the card – Please contact your bank.
Your billing address is different from your shipping address – Please contact your credit card provider and confirm your information. Different address information can pose challenges to any purchase, so you should always ensure that the information is correct.

In general, it is always good to make an extra check that the information you pass on is correct.

SHOULD I PAY VAT / CUSTOMS OF MY PURCHASE?

All purchases made from Denmark and other countries in the EU are not subject to additional VAT or customs costs.

CAN I TRACK THE SHIPPING OF MY ORDER?

Yes, as soon as your order has left our warehouse, we will send you a tracking number by email. You can always follow the exact status of your shipment via the link you receive by mail. Should you have any challenges with tracking a shipment, please contact us for assistance at customerservice@stylestore.com

CAN I CANCEL / CHANGE MY ORDER?

If your order has not been handled, we can edit and change your shipping details. We are unable to collect different orders, change sizes, or add or remove products on existing orders once they have been placed and confirmed. You are always welcome to contact us for assistance at customerservice@stylestore.com

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send a confirmation to the email address you entered on the order. If, unexpectedly, you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

HOW LONG DELIVERY TIME CAN I EXPECT ON MY ORDER?

We strive to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days, measured from the day we received and confirmed the order.

WHY IS MY ORDER CANCELED?

The product you ordered may no longer be available. If accidentally a product from your order is canceled, we will contact you within a period of 24-48 hours, regarding the cancellation. If your order contains different products, we will send the other products to you according to our standard conditions.

IS STYLESTORE.COM RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES?

If your package disappears after it is handed over to the courier who provides the package, we will do everything we can to help you track and locate the package. StyleStore.com shall not be liable for any lost parcels delivered to the courier as long as there is evidence of parcel delivery.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTED OR DELIVERED IN WRONG COLOR OR SIZE?

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Please send us an email with your order number to customerservice@stylestore.com and attach a picture of the product that is damaged. We’ll do our best to help you and take good care of your needs.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HANDLE ORDERS WHICH ARE RETURNED?

As soon as we have received, reviewed, and approved your return, we will send you your refund within 5 -7 working days. We will send you a message by email as soon as your transaction is handled and completed. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need extra days to handle the transaction after we have informed them about the transfer.
