Since the launch of the first tailoring collection in 2020, WithBlack’s design team has perfected every design, seam and cut in our studio in Jelling, Denmark. The approach to design and quality is traditional, and the workmanship is top-notch, giving each style a comfortable and luxurious fit.<\/p>\n

A CELEBRATION OF HERITAGE<\/h6>\n

The starting point for all WithBlack collections is great quality, perfect fit and sustainability at affordable prices – and tailoring is no exception. From a blazer with a slightly oversized fit to vide pants in the finest quality with beautiful texture. This focus on workmanship forms the identity of the brand’s entire tailoring line. At WithBlack, we want to achieve the same thing with the tailoring collections as our other collections: design that is functional, but with a universal appeal that will last season after season.<\/p>\n

QUALITY: BEHIND THE SEAMS<\/h6>\n

So what’s special about WithBlack tailoring? The brand’s approach has evolved in response to customer needs, style and the shift towards a more sustainable reality. We want to break tradition, while ensuring that each style remains practical – with a unique fit and a high-quality finish.<\/p>\n

To achieve the best results, one of the most important focal points is quality. Depending on the season, these will vary in quality, structure and fit. One thing remains constant though: all materials come from responsible factories that have a reputation for producing high quality fabric. And the choice of fabrics is crucial here. There’s no way around it, because if we use cheap materials, we won’t get the high standard we want.<\/p>\n

THE FUTURE: TAILORED TO LAST<\/h6>\n

But WithBlack also has an experimental side, and always tries to be ahead and develop fashion as it happens. And that’s where the details are essential: Everyone knows what to expect from tailoring: the lapels, the cufflink. So it’s been interesting this season to play with them and develop the traditional concepts. We’ve given the trousers width in the legs and added a belt, giving them a more relaxed paperbag look.<\/p>\n

Because the world is evolving now more than ever, and people are looking for different kinds of tailoring. Working life affects the way a blazer is worn, for example, which means our designs need to adapt too.<\/p>\n

WithBlack will explore the boundaries of tailoring, while the approach to style and high quality design always will be rooted in the core. This means that whatever your style, with tailoring from WithBlack you can expect styles that will last in your #betterwardrobe.<\/p>\n
